Over heating only on the highway

06 Jeep keeps over heating only on the highway?  
Just put a water pump and thermostat ,new
radiator and head gasket had the heads done and
checked the Jeep still over heating only on the
highway?

Yeah it's a 195 the Flo is good. the upper hose is boiling hot and lower is cold and if you take off the lower hose and put a bucket under it full of coolant it will suck up coolant.i have flushed it and vacuum filled the system i am lost everything works if you stay off the highway.soon as you get above 2200 rpm it will climb Temp

Yes with a scanner on watching the gauge.even with a didgtal thermometer . about 40 miles have been put on.
