Your description of the symptoms indicate a bad MAP sensor causing an over rich fuel condition. It is located at the back of the intake manifold on top. Kind of hard to get too. You will have to trim off two plastic tabs on the intake manifold to remove and replace the MAP sensor. Sensor cost is about $19.00 dollars average for a generic part, or $45.00 for OEM part.
