If the noise sounds like a "click" and is coming from under the dash area, it could be that the actuator controlling the vents is stuck or bad. Are you getting cold air with the a/c on?

Did you find out if the noise sounds like "click, click" and is coming from under the dash area? If the door vent actuator is bad, this type of noise will be heard each time the key is turned to the on position. The heater core could be clogged or the heat selector switch not working. I say this from personal experience, but it is very difficult to diagnose a problem when you cannot see the car physically.

It’s not a click click noise, when I turn the car on the noise comes on too without me turning the heat on it is coming from inside the dash though

The blend actuator is located behind the control panel for the a/c and heater, it has to be removed to get to it. The noise will start as soon as you turn the car on, regardless, heater on or off, the actuator is receiving electric power. If this happens to be the problem, you can probably find video online that explains the problem in detail and show you what needs to be done to fix it.
