Charging system light

I've replaced alternator and battery on my 05
Taurus wagon. Check charging system light still
comes on and when we take the jumper cables off
the car dies. Any solutions?

Still sounds like a alternator issue or its wiring/connections bad/loose/corroded ect. Have the alt tested it may be a rebuild and is bad too, its happened to me before.

make sure the batt. is charged before you fire up a new alt. you don't want to stress it out .
