I have a 1997 Mercedes e320. It will not shift gears. I changed the conductor plate and put dextron lll transmission fluid in it and it still won't shift gears. Could putting the wrong transmission fluid it cause it to not shift. If so can I just drain it out and put in the right fluid to get it working properly? 4 Answers
