According to http://www.cars.com/chrysler/sebring/2000/standard-equipment/ it has stock 215/55-16. Those have a diameter of 25.31" Then going to 235/60-16 have a diameter of 27.1" A lot wider, and taller. 20mm wider, maybe even rub on a tight turn, You will raise gear ratios, including final drive by 6.6%. Your speedometer will show 65mph at a true speed of 69.6 mph. That is pushing the envelope, for you to decide. Your engine will run a bit slower, less rpms and for a long trip, may even improve fuel economy but you must be careful to drop a gear, or if you can kick it out of Overdrive on a steep grade, be it up or down or it will 'lug' and heat up transmission
