Transmission wont engage

Asked by GuruY71GG Apr 04, 2018 at 11:35 AM about the 2011 RAM 1500 SLT Quad Cab 4WD

Someone tryed to steal my 2011 dodge ram 1500.
They tryed to short out the fuse box and the dealer
replaced the fuse box with a new one.When they
went to move the truck the transmission wouldn't
move the truck you had to give it alot of gas and it
would barely move the truck. Do you think the fuse
box being shorted out that it would effect the
electrical system for the transmission. When I
drove it before it all happened the transmission
was shifting fine.

I guess if the dealer doesn't know what it could be then who can ?
