The Air conditioner won't let out cool air when out of motion. How do I solve this issue?

I have a Ram 1500 year 2011 and the ac only works
when the car is in movement. When ever I stop at a
red light, the car will slowly start to throw out hot air.
It takes a while to come back and since it is getting
hot in Florida a good ac is necessary.

SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A VACUUM LEAK .. ID START LOOKING/ UNDER THE HOOD...AND OR MAKE SURE ITS FULL OF FREON AND THE LOW PRESSURE/SAFTEY SWITCH IS HAPPY....

Did you check the cooling fan on condenser coil. While driving the coil is cooled but will quickly heat up when standing still. The cooling fan keeps air moving over the coil in front of your radiator.
