How do I locate cylinder #5 ?

Pretty hard to help when you don't list which engine you have

The misfire code will tell you. P0300 is random or multi cylinder misfire, P0301 is misfire on cylinder number one, P0302 is misfire on cylinder number two, P0303 is misfire on cylinder number three, and so on. Hope that helps! Jim
