misfires on start up

misfires on no4 cyl on start up then clears up has new coils plugs wires

Your port where the plug is installed may be gunked up. Uninstall the plug you installed on that and check the plug to see if anything has covered/gunked up the plug, and also check the boot. Make sure you have some good dilectric gease on it and re-install and try again
