Why dont I have any heat?

I have a 99 Chrysler LHS 3.5L blowing ice cold air. Check and changed thermostat and gasket and bled air out of system. Thermostat is working ,both heater core hoses hot but still blows cold air. I seen on similiar question about the blend door not working. Is it possible? How do I get to it?

With a vacuum cleaner exract dust from the sensor located just below the rotating fan switch. It worked for me.
