only one is locked, I would suggest that you place the seat in an upright position as straight as you can get it as if the retractor is sitting flat against the wall. This is the position when it was installed. Then try to slowly wiggle it out. If that does not work, then you will have to replace the retractor assembly as there are no serviceable parts inside

I would suggest buying the service manual. You can find one here for 45.00 http://www.diyrepairmanuals.com/proddetail.asp?prod=99aChrSebS

I just had my seatbelt replaced with a new one ($160) at the dealer. It pins my passenger to the seat. There is no give! I have a return appointment in a week
