No brake lights

I was replacing my alternator as I was taking old
one out the connector wire touched caused a
spark I disnt think nothing of it so I put new one in
ccx ar start but I cant shift in drive and no brake
lights,radio,heat and windows won't roll down. Is it
ABS 60a fuse or alternator fuse or brake switch
and fuse or something different.Thanls

If you have a continuity checking device, plug the fuse and check it for continuity. Most fuses have a clear top and you can see if it is blown.

Ok would that have anything to do with no brake lights or radio or heat and reverse lights amd motor shifting in gear the ABS fuse

There's a BL ABS 60a fuse by the alternator bit I cant remove it for some reason and it did spark when connector touched the old alternator when I was tr aking out would that have caused it to not work if so what should I do on my own hopefully
