How to fix new brake noises

That was Real helpful,,, lmao. Good laugh. Anyways, but really I have new front brakes, and all rotors smooth, somewat not bad. Auto shop say bluing or cristalized. Whats that mean?? they also say I need to replace my rear brakes and the front are new but not good quality... i just replaced my front brake pads last week or so but didnt turn rotors or spin em. Why would it still be sqealing/scretching.? Please respond.helpfully.. This time :)

have the rotors turned and change pads some time even new break pads will make noise it really depends on the product that is purchased i use semi metallic pads from Wagner and have had a problem yet hope that helps
