99 Sebring LXI heater/ac very loud when fan is turned on what could it be?

Everytime i turn on the heater or ac the fan under the dash gets annoyingly loud i dont trust the mechanics around here to work
on my car so ive been researching what it could be and no luck so far im more of an engine guy. any advice would be great thank
you for your time.

You could have leaves hitting the squirrel cage fan. You could have dry bearings that are making noise. If it sounds like the bearings, replace the motor.

i replaced the blower motor and now it works like new thank you very much
