I have a 1999 Chrysler Sebring LXI. I had problem passing the emission test to get my tag.

I was told it may be electrical or a fuse. I had a tune up with spark plugs replaced, O2 sensor and the "check engine lights has been on since the repairs. I have basically had the same work repeated with a new starter installed and now the car cuts off when you slow down or come to stop and the check engine light remains on

What is the code reading from the check engine light ? If have not done so most part stores will read the code or codes for you for free.
