Any warnings for someone looking to buy a 2012 Ford Fusion SE?

I'm in the market for a '12 Fusion. I have
found several great deals however all I ever
hear is Toyota this, Toyota that. Being that
the '12 Camry is out of my budget, I've been
looking at the Fusion carefully. Is there any
known issues with these cars that could
cost me big time $. I'm a college student
driving 80miles to & from school. I just want
a reliable car that's not gonna cost me in
the long run by Fixing Or Repairing

Have not seen any major issues with the Fusions as of yet. Brakes needed around 50k, belts and fluids as needed, just take care of it and you should not have issues. The Camry is nice, but you pay for the nice. My advice, get the 4 cyl. if it is available, easier to work on, better mileage. The 3.0 motor is a bear to work around, and constantly working on vacuum leaks on the older models on Taurus.

Throttle body if hasn't been replaced ford dealer will replace free. Blower motor connector if ac stops blowing intermittently $40 connector . Car has excellent gas mileage
