AC hot on driver cold on Passenger

Need to replace air conditioner vacuum actuator, it closes vent door under the dash, look on web for video to replace it. Usually in center of dash near passenger side of center console. Hope that helps.

I have a 2020 Buick encore and the cabin filter looks and smells as if a small rodent made a nest. I replaced the cabin filter, the smell still exists. Not as strong but how can I fix this problem?

    Heater seems to be on on Driver side , while Ac is on passenger side. Whether the climate control is on Automatic or on manual. No warning light comes on to say there is any problem.
