crank angle sensor defective? is this what you're telling us with both simultaneous question and answer?
I vote pcm if its seeing rpm. Weird that is getting spark on 2 and 4 though. That doesnt make a whole lot of sense. It very well could be a ground find the ground location for the pcm and make sure its clean and tight.
The ecm ground should be along the panel beside the battery. It's a 10mm bolt loosen and retighten a couple times. There's also a recall on the ecm relay which is in the ipdm (underhood fuse panel) call your dealer with your vin and see if your recalls (campaigns) have been done. there also should be one for your front crash sensor and your radiator for the tranny oil and coolant mixing.
