how do i fix my gauges on instrument panel

I started my car to go to lunch at work while driving thru parking lot they all went out. temp
light now stays on as well as cruise control light. oil light comes on as usual during start
then goes off. speed fuel and temp gauges are not working

Fuses seem to go bad on those cars a lot FYI

I have checked the fuses in the fuse panels in car and under the hood but there doesn't seem to be a blown fuse

resistors in cluster overheat an solder joints need touching up, common problem. need to remove cluster (not too hard) ad solder. her is a link: http://www.allpar.com/fix/electrical/stratus-gauge-cluster-fix.html
