Just got oil change full synthetic, now my
check engine is on,

You can go to a parts store and have an OBD hooked up and see what the engine codes are. As far as running full synthetic, it might be coincidence or the cause of the check engine light. Synthetics shouldn't do anything bad to an engine but they can get into places that petroleum based oils can't.
