When should I get a tune up for a 2012 GMC
Terrain SLT-2 / 4cyl. Front wheel drive?

LX is right. Today's plugs should last about 80 - 100K. Then you really should change them before you get a check-engine light for a miss-fire, or your car starts jerking around at stop- lights in town. You'll notice a difference in the performance.
