Fm/am radio reception

I just purchased a 2012 hyundai genesis sedan.  But I can't
get any radio stations to pick up just static.  Bluetooth also
doesn't work.

If you just purchased it, was it a private sale or a dealer? If a dealer, did you get any warranty? If a dealer, have them try and make good on it, unless you bought it as is. Maybe the antenna is disconnected?

I purchased it from private party no warranty. Didn't check radio. There is one plugged into head unit.
