chevy cruze 2012 1.8L . valve cover gasket leaking,

I have a chevy cruze 2012 1.8L  in line 4, valve cover gasket is leaking,
Should I replace the valve cover , or just the gasket ?
Has anyone know of any issues with valve cover which is made of plastic,
warping ? thanks,, I have heard of other engines that had plastic valve
covers that they could warp and not seal. but I havent any knowledge on the
chevy cruze valve cover.

valve cover are almost all plastic, unless early 70's or 80's vehicles where they were metal. Just replace gasket, if you don't want to spend or if gasket set is too expensive, then just buy a permatex gasket maker and put it on.
