Cruze not starting

My 2012 chevy cruze has not been
starting last couple days. It just clicks but
it can be jump started. Had battery and
alternator and starter tested. Theyre all
good. Power is dim even though voltage
was at 14 when i shut it off. What could
be the issue for the loss of power?

It’s around 6months I was facing same issue, I changed battery but no luck. Then I replaced air filter after that it’s around a month everything is fine. Just check air filter, if it’s blocked/too dusty that can also be one of the reason for engine cranking and not starting.
