Non starting 2011 Chev Cruze

My daughter's car has been giving her issues when
starting. It has bogged down a couple of times
while she was stopped at a light. She has been
having various lights come on: anti-theft, power
steering, check engine light, battery light, traction
control and stability Trac. The lights have come on
during various times. This morning, the car would
not start. It sounds like it's going to but never turns
over. Can I get some suggestions??
