Check to see that after it heats up you are getting power to fan. If not check fan relay.
If it dosent come on wat u csn do u can make it to be runing all the time it will maintain the car coomer and it dosent do any harm to it

The fan has 3 wires running to it. Ground, low-speed and high-speed. When the car is really warm, over the 1/2 way mark on the guage, the high-speed wire should have power. On my car, the low-speed part of my fan stopped working and the high-speed wire never got power. Instead of debugging the problem further, I just criss-crossed the wires at the connector to the fan so that the high-speed fan comes on when the ignition is on. But this was not the best fix because alot of current flows in that connector and melted any jumper wire I used. My mechanic lifted the relay (located under the hood) and placed 3 heavy guage wires in the contacts holes to achieve the same affect and then put the relay back on top to hold the wires in the sockets. This fix worked much better and did not burn out the jumpers. The fan is on all the time so it takes a little longer to get heat in the winter time but its cheaper than buying a new fan for >$100. Good luck.
