how to fix air conditioner?

I would really need more insight on the issue with the A/C to help guestimate a fix for your a/c. Where is the general area that the noise is coming from? Inside or outside? Is it dripping water like it supposed to?

1) does the a/c button light up? 2) has the a/c ever worked in the car since your ownership? 3) have you had the a/c charged?

My a/c in my 2007 Chrysler sebring went out from one day to the next it lights up but does not want to throw air out the vents
