Question type: General
I found a car in NJ. I'm in Ok.. I filled out the
financing forms. Was accepted by Westlake
Financial. The NJ. Car dealer wouldn't sell to me
because I'm in Oklahoma. Does that make sense?

Ask them why. I doubt there is any law that says they must sell to you.
They don't want to deal with the hassle is my guess. Plus I would think Car dealers are non essential business so they can't legally sell any car till the lockdown is removed.
Car sales probably vary from state to state. Some car sales are going on which is why a lot of dealers now offer delivery.
