Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Turning the key and everything sounds like the engine should fire up but it
does, it just keeps cranking. Popping the hood the engine compartment nothing
looks like there is a problem. What should I check next.

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Let the starter motor cool off a bit between cranking. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and check fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes? Those are the basic checks, in my opinion. Let us know what you find, are you missing spark--fuel--what? Let us know.
