I live in Greenwood Nova Scotia Canada and am always looking. If I find a
vehicle that I like can I purchase it and have it shipped to my location.

You sure can. Work with the selling dealer or private seller and contract an auto shipping company of your choice to pick it up for you. I would have a third party company do an inspection for you before hand if you can't go look at it yourself.
