Have you checked your coolant level? If it's low top it off and inspect vehicle for where the coolant is leaking.

If the coolant level is low, check the pressure cap. A pressure cap that doesn't hold 14 lbs pressure can cause the coolant to boil at a lower temperature and leak out. If the cap is okay and there are no leaks, the radiator might be clogged or the water pump might not be working properly. Also, verify that the thermostat is working properly and not stuck closed.
