When my car is completely powered off I hear what sounds like the cd's changer shuffling approximately every 5 minutes. I took it to the dealer and they said this is the car's security system "checking" itself. They also said when my car is locked with the keyfob it won't happen. Is this normal??

Did you ever get this resolved? My 2010 Tiguan does the same thing. I was told this is not normal and they replace my fuel pump module. 10 days later the issue was back and it was back after I used the autohold. The car also shut itself down while I was driving it, thank God I was in a parking lot, but I am pregnant and I have a 2 1/2 yr old, all of us in the car at the time. They then replaced my fuel pump. I used autohold yesterday and today the cds are moving and making noise again. Please let me know if you got anywhere with this and if you haven't make VW look into the issue.
