Brake Issue

Asked by Ang209 Dec 02, 2016 at 12:51 PM about the 2012 Chevrolet Impala LT FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2012 Chevy Impala yhat was purchased
last year and now it seems that my breaks are
going out. Iwhen i press on my breaks there is
pressure but the break pedal gradually goes all the
way down to the floor board where i have to re
oress the break to come to a complete stop. My
break pads are good.. Rotars seem fine.. No
leaking of break oil.. No ail leaks in any of my line..
Could this be a Master Cylinder issue? Shouldnt be
being my care is only 4 yrs old. When pressing the
break.. Once released a humming sound comes
from the hoses attached to the cylinder and
booster? Pretty stumped at this point.. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
