Has anyone heard of the term 'Car Park Noise' on Audi Quattros

I have a rubbing / grinding noise when on Full Lock - both directions, but only when driving - foot on accelerator, there is no noise when coasting.
The tyres are not catching / rubbing anywhere.
The dealership has termed the noise as 'Car Park Noise' as that is when it is usually experienced and said I have to live with it as it is a 'feature'. They say that certain chassis models and certain years only have this problem.
My question is, has anyone else have / heard of this problem?
My car is a 2012 A6 3.0TDi RS Avant.

I don't have an answer for you but that car is a well engineered car that should as quiet as a whisper. I did some looking around and the main complaint is overpriced. Not one mention of noise/ "Car Park Noise....? Oh, Lord, I bet he made that up on the spot. Quick thinking there. I once had an Audi Quattro, can not be compared to yours it was a 1987 but was very quiet. 'Car Park Noise' as that is when it is usually experienced. what? I take it you are in UK, hopefully there is another dealer you can try.
