I have a 2000 Audi A6 Quattro 2.8 the engine makes a wired noise kind of like its rattling sounds just like
this video (in the link below). it gets louder when I press on the gas but only while the car is in gear what
would that be?

I sounds to me like one of the bearing on one of the accessories are on it's way out, There is really no way to tell by the video. Many items have bearing that go, for example, Waterpump, Air condition, power steering, alternator, best bet is to have an audi mechanic or someone who KNOWs german cars to have it checked out, Audi's are very well engineered and really needs a person who knows what they are doing.
hey you timing belt its loose if its rattling....
100% its your timing belt loose and needs to be replaced try not to start it because it it brakes your engine will go bad....
