Fuel filter and oil filter are separate filters. The fuel filter is in the gas tank.
depends there is also a fuel seperator above the tank grey canister black quick connect lines, only on the higher models otherwise yes the pick up strainer does the filtering no need anymore with plastic tanks.

I think its in the gas tank, possibly in the fuel pump itself? So if I buy a new fuel pump will the regulator already be in the new pump?
