thank you for your response, I've check the engine oil and trans fluid, looks okey, one thing that I noticed is that, after a short drive maybe two miles round trip in the morning, and let the engine cool then I need to add again water coolant in the radiator again, and before i drive the van in the afternoon, I checked the radiator and again I need to add coolant again, I would like to keep these Grand Caravan for my family, but keep on adding coolant make me uncomfortable to drive around the Island. If anyone out there that may have the same issue, please help, I am not a mechanic, and I know that it may cost me money if I bring my van to the shop to diagnose the issue. I thank you so much for your input.

Hi, If you still have the van and having the same problem, it is the radiator, or the water pump problem. Take your Van to the shop and ask them to do the pressure test. They have to do the pressure test with the spark plugs not removed and then doing the pressure test with the spark plug removed for the head gasket check. Good Luck! Dar,
