My 2006 dodge charger will turn over but will not start right away. after about 5 or 6 minutes of trying it finally catch and i get to work and come out for lunch 5 hrs later and same problem.

in the morning my dodge charger will turn over but will not start right away. after I keep turning it over after about 5 or 6 mins. it cranks. then I get to work and after 5 hrs I go to start it and the same thing. someone help please. I had a throttle body cleaning still did no good..HELP PLEASE

Crank positioning sensor the magnetic shaft get wore and are commonly known for that.

I have an 07 Charger RT that's has code 335 and 339 coming up on diagnostics. The code is crankshaft sensor intermittent signal. I replaced the crank sensor and still same problem. Car turns over but doesn't start except occasionally it will start and have a slow idle, but it will not rev up when gas pedal is pushedn then it will stall out. If you crank it long enough it will do the same thing Is this a common problem? 6 Answers
