I have an 07 Charger RT that's has code 335 and 339 coming up on diagnostics. The code is crankshaft sensor intermittent signal. I replaced the crank sensor and still same problem. Car turns over but doesn't start except occasionally it will start and have a slow idle, but it will not rev up when gas pedal is pushedn then it will stall out. If you crank it long enough it will do the same thing Is this a common problem?

what size engine do you have??...// also try unplugging the cam sensor and try starting it....// the cam and crank share the same 9 volt reference and ground and sometimes the cam sensor will short out and it thinks it has a bad crank sensor....it will start with the cam sensor unplugged the Pcm will use a stored value to compensate for it
07 RT 5.7, I was looking at the wiring and the ETC light is now on also.
Mopar john, after messing with the car I misplaced,my keys. So I used my wife's key and it started right up. It ran for about two minutes and started doing the same thing. I was going to check the cam sensor as you said but it won't start again. Could it be that both keys messed up at the same time? I'm going to replace the batteries in them and try again, unfortunately I'm stuck at home again.
I have now replaced the cam and crank sensors, the car started back up after replacing the cam sensor but again died. I cleaned every ground connection I could find and now it will start and run for about 25 seconds and shut off just like I turned off the key. After it sets a few minutes it will repeat the same scenario. It still has the same 335 code but now has a 340 code for the cam sensor and the oil pressure sending unit code. I can erase them and it will repeat these every time. I replaced the oil pressure sending unit about a month ago, could it be shorting out and causing this problem. Does any one know how to test the sensors and sending units? I'm sure there's a way. If anyone could answer this or has had a similar experience please let me know before I torch this thing. I know all makes have problems. I'll continue to buy my MOPARS!!

Check Cadillac converter if have one, the exhaust might be plugged somewhere.
