Got a computer hooked up to my car to run a
diagnosis and the pcm has lost communication
to the bcm? What do I need to do to fix that

Verify that all fuses in all fuse panels are good, as the bcm &ecm uses multiple fuses to control the operation of the vehicle. One fuse blown can deem the bcm inoperable. Good luck
