How old is your battery? If it's over 5 years old, I would replace it. Have the current one tested to see if in fact you need replacing. If it is new, you have a parasitic draw, and you or someone will need to test each electrical circuit of the vehicle to find the short.

The fuel relay gets stuck on in some years of town and country. That runs the fuel pump till the battery gives out. If yours is stuck on you will hear it humming at the rear of the van. In a quiet garage with all else turned off it will be easy to hear it (once the battery is charged back up) if this is the problem.
