Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2009 town and country wont turn over and I've replaced
the starter and battery and had it all tested even the
alternator and its all good! And it drains the battery with
just the ground terminal hooked up!

That’s impossible, there is no current flow with only one cable hooked up, sounds more like a bad battery to me. I do hope you used a memory saver before you removed the battery, if not you may have just created more than just a battery problem. I suggest you stop where you are and have your favorite independent shop take a look at it before you cause anymore electronic problems.
