Need some advice not sure what it could be at this point

  having starting issues with my 2004 Ford escape
turn the key over and all it does is make one loud
click already replaced the starter the alternator and
the battery and it still does the same thing any
ideas?

have you tried jumping the starter relay, to see if starter motor will crank the engine? If you try that, make sure transmission is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. vehicle can't move . Pull the starter relay, use jumper wire between cavities 30 and 87, in the diagram. The starter motor should crank the engine? If you have the key in the on position, when you crank it, it may start and run, depending on the problem. Just to add, your security system is starter motor disable, but, not sure that is your problem? Jumping the relay allows you to bypass some of those systems just to see if starter motor will crank the engine? I can only help with testing. good luck
