May be the fan motor making noise, make sure the fans are not hitting anything.

gasoline fuel pump has been replace and get anew battery ,it was starting for a week and after that it wont start
Then it sounds like the alternator is not working. If you have a digital multi meter try jump starting the car, when it is running you should have from 13.8 to 14.7 DCV at the battery. You may want to check the voltage at the battery first to see if it is run down. The battery should check 12.5 to 12.7 DCV without the car running.

I'll tell you what people those plastic fan blades get like razor blades from spinning through the dirt after a while , watch it when you're feeling around down there ..
If you have a clutch type fan you probably just heard it kick in.
Thank everybody so do y'all think I should bye the car are not there no lights on and it drive smooth
