My fan is stuck on and the speed will not go up or down but I can change where it blows to (head, feet, defrost). Is it the fan, control board or relay? 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan

The fan seems to be stuck on one speed all the time.

Could be one, or all three. You can troubleshoot and narrow down the problem- there are guides you can find online. However, the simple solution (and the most oft part that is responsible for your symptoms) is the "Blower Motor Resistor". Easy to replace and it is only $12-$15. A relay is about another $10. These are items you will want to replace anyway if you do need a new fan motor. Try these two out and 90% of the time you will have fixed your issue.
