I have a 1999 Dodge caravan, the fan blower on the AC and Heat started only working on the two highest settings and making a noise then, now it won't blow at all.... Is the blower motor out or what and how do I fix it? Thanks, Shirley

there is a blower resistor pack responsible for the lower settings...change this out...it is like nine bucks~
but none of the settings work now
will that resistor fix it?

yes....the fan will blow all all speeds with this thing, as far as any other---- temperature control/select is another thing~
