Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, with 77000 miles on it.  Check engine light comes
on and then goes out after driving it for a while.  When we take it to Advance Auto Parks
to see what the check engine light reads it says bad oxygen sensor,  we have had that
replaced twice.  When pulling out of a parking spot (I always back in) it hesitates, after
pushing the gas pedal several times it then takes off.  What does that mean?

I have had the steering rack replaced and a tune-up. I don't know the code, my husband might remember it.
