2001 vw jetta 1.8 t manual...brand new stage 3 clut
ch, pressure plate and flywheel, brand new slave
cylinder shifts great.1,5...i get a grind on reverse
only..im running out of options...

I was thinking getting tranny pulled out again to see of something is loose...i had clutch kit before and the pedal was hard same stage..the guy that did that job did horrible job in it put wrong screws in and it really damaged my cltuch it was scraping it from inside...only lasted 6 months replace again done the right way this time but the difference on pedal is that this time is softer like almost as soft as factory clutch..is that something that might cause problem?..put new throw out bearing also...
