reg oil or synthetic and what grade and brand for a 95, 525i e34?

has had both types, conflicting suggestions.  Oil filters, too. Which is best oil for my 1995
beauty?

And, what brakes do you recommend< Ceramic or other? Brand names, please? Thanks

1.Oil SAE 5w-30 Synthetic 2. The oil filter you need it part number #11 42 1 730 389, Oil Filter Kit Preferably Mann or Mahle in brand. 3. Front Brake Disc Part Number 34 11 1 160 936 you want to get 'Coated High Carbon' either Textar or Balo. 4. Front Pads Part Number #34 11 1 162 535, Either Textar or Jurid manufacture. 5. Rear Disc Part Number #34 21 1 162 305 Those you want in Zimmerman's. 6. Rear Pads part number #34 21 1 162 536 those you want in Textar or Jurid. HOPE THIS HELPS.
